What is on it

Not only trading. The board runs across the front and middle office:

Business & OperationsTechnologyInvestment BankingStrategy ConsultingAsset ManagementResearchTradingPrivate EquityMergers & Acquisitions

Levels run from summer and off-cycle internships through graduate programmes to entry level and working-student roles. Locations are kept in the firm's own wording, cleaned to a city where that is possible, and the board covers Europe, the Americas and Asia.

How it works

Each firm's own careers page is read once a day. Every role is sorted by type and by level automatically, and every role links to the posting on the firm's site. The tracker points; the firm hires. A role marked "New" was published in the last two days, and old postings drop off when the firm takes them down.

That also sets the limits. What you see here is a copy that can be a day old, so the firm's own page is the one that counts for what a role asks, whether it is still open and how to apply. Nothing here is careers advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to apply anywhere. See the legal notice.

Ask it from your assistant

The whole board, and your own pipeline on it, is available to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and anything else that speaks MCP, through one connector. Ask in plain words: what did JPMorgan post this week, show me the off-cycle M&A internships, remind me of the Lazard deadline, draft my application from my own CV.

Or ask right here: the chat at the bottom of every page answers from the live board and your own tracker, and a new account comes with 10 free questions.

It is forty-one tools and nine ready-made briefs, it signs in with your account, it only ever sees your own data, and it is free. What it can do and how to connect it is on the AI page; the technical reference is the MCP server page.

Your account

Anyone can look at the first roles on every page and every firm's own page. A free account opens the full board and adds the personal layer: star roles, keep a stage per application, follow firms, and get one email a day or a week with what is new for you. Your Finance Job uses the Sophron® account, which is also the login of the Amsterdam Investment Club. One email, one password, both sites. An account here is a Sophron® account only; it does not make you a member of any club.

Companies and events

The Companies page lists every firm on the tracker with what it has open right now. The Events page lists insight days, in-house days, spring weeks and academies hosted by the firms themselves, plus hackathons and quant events, each checked on the host's own page before it is listed.

Who runs it

Your Finance Job is a Sophron® product. Sophron® is the parent of the Amsterdam Investment Club and runs The Trading Fair, the Quant Competitions and The Sophron® Network podcast. A missing firm, a wrong category, a dead link, or a firm that would rather not be listed: [email protected]. Company details and the terms are in the legal notice.
